Gasket and Bolt Sets

William Johnston & Company Limited’s niche product is the supply of gasket and fastener flange sets to the water, waste water and gas utilities and the pipeline industry in the UK, Europe and further afield, which we have done for almost 50 years. These provide the correct size of gasket with the correct quantity and size of bolts for specific standard flange sizes. They also deliver considerable savings in time, cost and waste for the end user.

Sets comprise gaskets to your specification and the required BS standard with full traceability including WRc/WRAS approved EPDM for drinking water and nitrile rubber to BS 2494 for waste water and gas applications. We annually bulk import many container loads of fasteners in a range of sizes which have specialist anti-corrosion coatings to suit the standards the water and the gas utilities and the pipeline industry demand.

All sets are supplied in bags that are clearly labelled stating the size of the gasket and size and quantity of bolts, nuts and washers. We are able to provide customised labels showing a customer’s logo and other branding.
